おせっ貝（以下「本アプリ」）は、端末のセンサーで周囲の変化に気づき、相棒キャラクターが声で知らせるアプリです。本アプリはアカウント登録・課金・広告・トラッキングを行わず、利用者の個人データを自社サーバーへ送信しません。取得した情報は原則として端末内で処理・保存します。

iOSにはモーション専用のバックグラウンド動作がないため、アプリが停止するとセンサー更新が止まります。位置更新を受け続けることでプロセスを維持し、画面を閉じていても高度・磁場の変化に気づけるようにします。位置は自社サーバーへ送信しません。バックグラウンド中は画面上部に青いインジケータが表示されます。設定で常駐をオフにでき、その場合は前面動作のみになります。
「今どう？」を押したときのみ、現在地の天候を Apple WeatherKit から取得します。このとき緯度経度はAppleにのみ渡ります。天気データの出典はアプリ内（設定 > 天気の出典）に表示しています。
発話文の生成は、対応端末では Apple Intelligence（Foundation Models）を用いて端末内で行います。非対応端末ではルール判定と定型文に自動で切り替わります。歩行ログの映像フレームやセンサー解析も端末内で完結します。
広告・解析（アナリティクス）SDK、トラッキング技術は一切使用しません。利用者データを第三者へ販売・提供しません。

OsekkaiKai ("the App") notices changes around you using device sensors and has a character companion tell you about them by voice. The App has no accounts, purchases, ads, or tracking, and does not send your personal data to our servers. Information is, as a rule, processed and stored on-device.

iOS has no motion-only background mode, so sensor updates stop when the app is suspended. Receiving continuous location updates keeps the process alive so the App can still notice altitude/magnetic changes with the screen off. Location is never sent to our servers. A blue indicator appears while running in the background. You can turn this off in Settings, leaving foreground-only operation.
Only when you tap "How's it now?" does the App fetch current-location weather from Apple WeatherKit; your coordinates are passed only to Apple. The weather data source attribution is shown in the App (Settings > Weather source).
Where supported, spoken lines are generated on-device using Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models). On unsupported devices it falls back to rule-based fixed phrases. Walk-log frames and sensor analysis are also done entirely on-device.
No advertising or analytics SDKs and no tracking technologies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
