アプリ内の Documents/GeneratedPDF に保存されます。ファイル共有を有効にしているため、端末環境によっては「ファイル」アプリや、Macに接続したFinderからも参照できます。

同じ発注名称で再生成すると、既存のファイルが更新されます。別々に残したい場合は、発注名称を変えてから生成してください。

「実務PDF作成」画面の発注者情報6項目がすべて必要です。

未入力の項目名はアラートに表示されます。

引き継がれます。要求仕様ビルダー・見積依頼ビルダーと「実務PDF作成」画面は同じ保存領域を共有しているため、どちらで入力しても内容は共通です。

iOSの言語設定に追従します。「設定」アプリ →「一般」→「言語と地域」で使用言語を英語にすると、画面表示に加えて、生成されるPDFの見出し・ファイル名・日付書式も英語になります。アプリ内に言語切り替えはありません。

「ひな形」タブ右上の歯車アイコン →「設定」→「進捗をリセット」で、教材の完了状況と確認テストの最高得点を削除できます。

入力した案件内容や生成済みPDFを含めてすべて削除する場合は、本アプリを端末から削除してください。

初回起動時に「使い方ガイド」が自動で表示されます。2回目以降は「ホーム」の「ガイドを開く」、または「設定」→「使い方ガイドをもう一度見る」から開けます。

No. The app never connects to the internet, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking. What you type and the PDFs you generate stay on your device. See the privacy policy for details.

In the app’s own Documents/GeneratedPDF folder. Because file sharing is enabled, you can also reach them from the Files app, or from the Finder on a connected Mac.

Regenerating with the same order title updates the existing files. If you want to keep both, change the order title before generating.

All six buyer details on the “Create real PDFs” screen are required:

The alert names the fields that are still empty.

Yes. The requirements builder, the RFQ builder and the “Create real PDFs” screen share the same storage, so anything you enter in one appears in the others.

The app follows your device language. Go to Settings → General → Language & Region and choose your language. Along with the interface, the headings, file names and date format of the generated PDFs change too. There is no language switch inside the app.

Tap the gear icon at the top right of the Templates tab → Settings → “Reset progress”. This clears your completed lessons and your best quiz score.

To remove everything, including the project content you entered and the PDFs you generated, delete the app from your device.

The guide opens automatically the first time you launch the app. After that you can open it from “Open the guide” on the Home tab, or Settings → “View the guide again”.
