プライバシーポリシー
本アプリは、植物などの観察を写真・手書きの絵・メモで記録する「絵日記」アプリです。私たちはあなたのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリが扱うデータは原則としてお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーに送信・収集されることはありません。
1. 端末内に保存される情報
次の情報は、あなたが入力・撮影したときに端末内（アプリ専用の保存領域）にのみ保存されます。外部に送信されません。
- 写真・手書きの絵
- 観察対象名、タグ、メモ、観察スケジュール、日次メモ
- 記録した日時
- 撮影場所の位置情報（緯度・経度）および取得した天気
2. 位置情報の利用
位置情報（使用中のみ）は、(1) 記録に撮影場所を残すため、(2) その場所の天気を取得するために使用します。天気の取得時に、緯度・経度のみを天気サービス Open-Meteo に送信します（氏名・端末IDなどの個人を特定する情報は送信しません）。記録の「地図を開く」を押したときは、緯度・経度を含むURLで OpenStreetMap をブラウザで開きます。
3. カレンダーへのアクセス
カレンダー連携を使う場合、端末のカレンダーの予定を読み取って表示し、設定がオンのときは保存した記録を予定として端末のカレンダーに書き込みます。読み書きの対象は、お使いの端末・連携アカウントのカレンダーであり、開発者には送信されません。
4. マイク・音声認識
メモの音声入力には、Apple の音声認識（Speech Recognition）を使用します。音声の処理は Apple によって行われ、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。本アプリが音声を保存・収集することはありません。
5. 通知
観察スケジュールのリマインドのために、端末内でローカル通知をスケジュールします。通知の内容が外部に送信されることはありません。
6. 第三者提供・広告・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告SDKや解析SDKを使用せず、ユーザーをトラッキングしません。データを第三者に販売・共有することもありません。
7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは家庭での観察記録に適しています。前述のとおり、データは端末内に保存され、開発者やサーバーに送信されないため、ユーザーの個人情報を収集しません。
8. データの削除
各記録・メモ・スケジュールはアプリ内で個別に削除できます。アプリを端末から削除すると、保存されていたすべてのデータ（写真・絵・JSON・PDF）も削除されます。
9. 変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更は本ページで告知します。

Privacy Policy (English)
This app lets you keep a picture diary of plants and other observations using photos, drawings and notes. We respect your privacy. The data this app handles is stored only on your device and is never sent to or collected by the developer's servers.
1. Information stored on your device
Stored only on your device (the app's private storage), never transmitted: your photos and drawings; subject names, tags, notes, observation schedules and day-notes; the date/time of each record; the location (latitude/longitude) where a photo was taken and the fetched weather.
2. Location
Location (while in use) is used to (1) record where a photo was taken and (2) fetch the weather there. When fetching weather, only the latitude/longitude is sent to the weather service Open-Meteo (no name, device ID or other identifiers). Tapping a record's "Open map" opens OpenStreetMap in your browser with the coordinates in the URL.
3. Calendar
If you use calendar integration, the app reads your device calendar events to display them and, when the setting is on, writes saved records as events to your device calendar. This concerns the calendars on your device/linked accounts only and is not sent to the developer.
4. Microphone & Speech
Voice input for notes uses Apple's Speech Recognition; the audio is processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. This app does not store or collect your audio.
5. Notifications
The app schedules on-device local notifications for observation reminders. Their content is never sent off the device.
6. No third parties, ads or tracking
The app uses no advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track users, and does not sell or share data with third parties.
7. Children
The app is suitable for family use. As above, data stays on the device and is not collected by the developer or any server.
8. Deleting data
Each record/note/schedule can be deleted in the app. Deleting the app removes all stored data (photos, drawings, JSON, PDFs).
9. Changes
We may update this policy; significant changes will be posted on this page.
