Overview

Tilt Cat Meow ("the App") is an iOS application that plays cat sound

samples in response to device tilt. The App is operated by the developer

(hereafter "we" or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information

the App handles.

Information the App handles

• Device motion data (gyroscope, accelerometer):

Used only on the device to detect tilt for selecting and playing cat

sounds. Motion values are not stored persistently and are not

transmitted.

• Audio files you provide (optional):

If you use the "Replace sounds" feature, the audio files you select

are copied to the App's private Documents directory so they can be

played later. These files stay on your device and are not transmitted.

• Audio session:

The App requests background audio playback so it can keep reacting to

tilt while the screen is off or while you use other apps. No audio is

recorded by the App.

Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect personal information.
• We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
• The App performs no network communication of any kind.
• The App does not access contacts, photos, location, microphone,

camera, or any other personal data sources.

Permissions and capabilities

• Motion data (Core Motion):

Used on-device to compute tilt. iOS does not require an explicit

permission prompt for accelerometer / gyroscope data on standard

iPhone / iPad devices.

• Background Audio mode:

Declared in Info.plist so the audio engine can keep playing while the

app is in the background.

Children

The App is suitable for all ages and does not collect any data from

children or anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top

of this document.

Tilt Cat Meow（以下「本アプリ」）は、端末の傾きに応じて猫の音声サンプルを

再生する iOS アプリです。本アプリは開発者（以下「当方」）が提供します。

本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報について説明します。

本アプリが扱う情報

• デバイスモーションデータ（ジャイロスコープ・加速度センサー）:

傾きの検出と再生する音声の選択のために、端末内でのみ使用します。値は

保存も外部送信もしません。

• ユーザーが選択した音声ファイル（任意機能）:

「鳴き声を入れ替える」機能を使うと、選択した音声ファイルが本アプリの

Documents ディレクトリにコピーされ、以後の再生に使われます。これらの

ファイルは端末内に留まり、外部に送信されることはありません。

• オーディオセッション:

画面オフや他アプリ使用中でも傾きに反応し続けるため、バックグラウンドでの

音声再生機能を有効にしています。本アプリは音声の録音は一切行いません。

当方が収集しない情報

• 個人情報は 一切収集しません。
• アナリティクス、トラッキング、広告 SDK は 使用していません。
• 本アプリは ネットワーク通信を一切行いません。
• 連絡先・写真・位置情報・マイク・カメラなど、いかなる個人データソースにも

アクセスしません。

権限と機能

• モーションデータ（Core Motion）:

端末内で傾きの計算に使用します。標準的な iPhone / iPad では、加速度や

ジャイロスコープの取得に明示的な許可ダイアログは表示されません。

• バックグラウンドオーディオモード:

Info.plist で宣言しており、アプリがバックグラウンドに移っても再生を継続

できるようにしています。

お子様について

本アプリは全年齢向けで、お子様を含むいかなる利用者からも情報を収集し

ません。

本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更した場合は、本書の冒頭にある制定日を更新します。
