株式会社ビー・ナレッジ・デザイン（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するアプリ「スパイキッズ見回り手帳 / Spy Kids Patrol Notebook」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本アプリの目的
本アプリは、子どもが身の回りの道、公園、自然、天気、防災準備などを安全に観察し、写真・位置・天候・状況・メモを記録するための教育・記録アプリです。
本アプリは、危険な場所へ近づくことを促すものではありません。利用時は「近づかない・触らない・大人に知らせる」を基本としてください。
2. 取得・利用する情報
本アプリは、利用者の操作により、以下の情報を端末内に保存する場合があります。

3. カメラ・写真へのアクセス
本アプリは、ミッション記録のためにカメラまたは写真ライブラリへのアクセスを求める場合があります。取得した写真は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
人の顔、車のナンバー、他人の家の中、個人が特定される情報は撮影しないよう注意してください。
4. 位置情報の利用
本アプリは、利用者が操作した場合に限り、現在地を取得して見回り記録に保存する場合があります。
位置情報は、記録の振り返りのために利用されます。公開共有を行う場合は、正確な位置情報を共有しない、または位置をぼかすことを推奨します。
5. 音声入力の利用
本アプリは、音声入力によりメモを作成する機能を提供する場合があります。音声入力は、iOSの音声認識機能を利用してテキスト化されます。
当社は、音声データを独自のサーバーに保存しません。音声認識処理の取扱いは、利用者の端末設定およびAppleの提供する機能の仕様に従います。
6. カレンダー同期
利用者が許可した場合、本アプリはミッション記録をAppleカレンダーに追加する場合があります。
カレンダーイベントには、ミッション名、日時、天候、状況、危険レベル、メモ、位置情報、アプリ内記録への参照情報などが含まれる場合があります。
写真そのものは、原則としてAppleカレンダーへ直接保存せず、アプリ内に保存します。
7. 外部送信・第三者提供
本アプリは、当社独自のサーバーへ写真、位置情報、メモなどの記録データを送信しません。
また、当社は、本アプリで記録された情報を広告目的で第三者に販売または提供しません。
ただし、利用者がAppleカレンダーやiCloud等のOS・クラウド機能を有効にしている場合、当該サービスの仕様に従ってデータが同期される場合があります。
8. 広告・トラッキング
本アプリは、現時点で第三者広告を表示せず、広告目的のトラッキングを行いません。
将来、広告、解析ツール、クラウド同期、外部サービス連携などを追加する場合は、本ポリシーを更新し、必要に応じてアプリ内またはApp Store上で通知します。
9. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは、子どもが安全に観察・記録することを支援する目的で提供されます。子どもが利用する場合は、保護者または大人の確認のもとで利用してください。
危険な場所への立ち入り、他人の個人情報の撮影、無断共有などを行わないよう、保護者の方からもご指導ください。
10. データの削除
アプリ内に保存された記録は、アプリ内の削除機能またはアプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。
Appleカレンダーに追加されたイベントは、カレンダーアプリから削除できます。
11. セキュリティ
当社は、利用者情報の漏えい、紛失、改ざん等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理に努めます。ただし、端末の紛失、OSや外部サービスの設定、利用者による共有操作については、利用者の責任において管理してください。
12. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または当社ウェブサイト等で通知します。

Privacy Policy

株式会社ビー・ナレッジ・デザイン (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the app “Spy Kids Patrol Notebook / スパイキッズ見回り手帳” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.
1. Purpose of the App
The App helps children safely observe roads, parks, nature, weather, and emergency preparation, and record photos, location, weather, situations, and notes.
The App is not intended to encourage users to approach dangerous places. The basic rule is: stay away, do not touch, and tell an adult.
2. Information Handled by the App
The App may store the following information on the user’s device based on user actions.
- Photos or selected images for mission logs
- Location information for patrol records
- Weather, situation, risk level, and change status
- Text notes and text converted from voice input
- Calendar event information, if the user enables calendar integration
3. Camera and Photos
The App may request access to the camera or photo library to create mission records. Photos are generally stored on the user’s device.
Users should avoid photographing faces, license plates, inside private homes, or other personally identifiable information.
4. Location Information
The App may obtain the current location only when the user performs a location recording action. Location information is used to review patrol records.
5. Voice Input
The App may use iOS speech recognition features to convert voice input into text notes. We do not store voice data on our own servers. Speech recognition is handled according to the user’s device settings and Apple’s system features.
6. Calendar Integration
If the user allows it, the App may add mission records to Apple Calendar. Calendar events may include mission title, date and time, weather, situation, risk level, notes, location, and a reference to the in-app record.
Photos are generally stored in the App and are not directly attached to Apple Calendar events.
7. Sharing with Third Parties
The App does not send photos, location information, or notes to our own servers. We do not sell or share recorded information for advertising purposes.
If the user enables Apple Calendar, iCloud, or other OS/cloud features, data may be synced according to those services and user settings.
8. Advertising and Tracking
The App does not currently display third-party ads and does not track users for advertising purposes.
9. Children’s Use
The App is designed to support children’s safe observation and recording. Children should use the App under the supervision or guidance of a parent, guardian, or adult.
10. Deletion
Records stored in the App can be deleted through in-app deletion features or by uninstalling the App. Calendar events added to Apple Calendar can be deleted from the Calendar app.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Important changes will be announced in the App or on our website.
